Heroes news (and silly speculation)
Next year, we're apparently getting a Heroes spin off show called "Heroes: Origins". These will be stand-alone episodes featuring new characters. Six episodes have been ordered. The current plan is to air them when Heroes season 2 is on hiatus, or has ended its season, so as to have a more uninterrupted Heroes experience. Sounds cool to me!
Meanwhile,
kestrell and I finally saw the penultimate episode. I posted the following as a comment on
rufinia's LJ, but thought it deserved to be repeated on my own:
Let's see, Sylar manages to leave silently when the (police) person looks away for a quarter-second. In the final shot, he's dressed in black, standing on a rooftop, brooding over the city. To me, the inference is clear -- at some point recently, off screen...
Sylar ate Batman's brain.
