Civic progress!

Met with the T officials this morning. 2 folks from the MBTA proper, and 2 from OneSource (who subcontract the shoveling duties). I pointed out the problem area, and they agreed that it was their responsibility, and that it would be properly shoveled in future. Also, I have email addresses to direct complaints to directly, should they fall down on the job. Go me!
