Melville Keep Update

Barbara showed up yesterday, for the first time in a while. Boyfriend Corwin had spirited her away to Maine for some time. Apparently, results were good, since she mainly returned in order to pack up and move in with him! She will be missed.

Meanwhile, there are strange men with ladders working on our house. I gather that we will be roof-less for a few days, but afterthat, it should no longer rain in my bedroom. Yay!

Well, I have some leads I'm following (moving into the third floor apartment of Matt and Jen's place being one of them!) but nothing is set in stone, no. The pets and I are a package deal, however! ;)

cristovau told me that you'd posted this comment, and this may be none of my business, but I live on the second floor and I used to live on the third floor. Total, I've lived here for the past 4 years, I think, and we're moving this summer. If you're interested, I have a strong opinion about this building, and whether I'd sign up for living here for the next 4 years, given what I know now.

Well, I've never found him more fun than Manray and I think he's a great guy. I guess she sees things a little differently. Must be her height. :^)

If I didn't have a cat whom I adore and a roommate dynamic that's working out too well to mess with, I'd be on Melville Keep's doorstep in a heartbeat. Melville Keep will always be home on some level....
