Strawberry Watch
May. 15th, 2004 11:46 amAll of the garden is now at least flowering. Most of the garden is also fruiting. At the bottom of the garden, the berries are tinged with pink.
Reminder: If you want strawberry *plants*, we have enough and to spare. Drop by Melville Keep any time (directions here). Really, any time. You don't even need to call ahead, since, hey, they're outside and freely accessible. Please take plants that have grown through the wood-chip "harvest lanes" we laid down last year. That way, we'll have more room to maneuver, and you'll have plants that are guaranteed to be hardy and aggressive!
