When Arthur sliced his hand on the fireplace in the hotel in California, we went to the emergency room. Eventually someone mentioned that there was an "urgent care" facility nearby, which we could have gone to and not been continually bumped down the queue by people about to die. You might want to research if you've got such a place near to you.
