Part seven requires the player to accomplish a task inside an instance.
This is in one of those instances in the Plaguelands, right? If you can find a level-70 buddy or two to go along with you, you should be pretty much okay--it's not far from the entrance. I helped out with it with my drood at level 66.
The rest of that stuff, though? Yeah, it's lame. Good to know--I'll probably just spend the money on the training myself, and skip all the rigamarole.
