To quote Bilbo, "I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve." Part of the reason for initially expanding my Friends list was to get back in touch with people I had fallen out of touch with, or to get to know people better who I felt I didn't know well enough. That plan started going south as more and more people I knew joined LJ, and as my workload at the office began increasing, cutting into my "goofing around on-line time." So I've had to resort to filtering my Friends list to have any hope of keeping up, and many people who I am "Friends" with, I have not had sufficient time and attention to actually become friends with, in a real-world sense. Hence, the list below is formed from only a subset of my Friends list. If you're not on it, please don't take offense; the failure is on my side, not your own. I'd *like* to get to know you better, if only I had Enough Time.
