Nope back at you - you're wrong. The chart you linked to isn't the one he used second, although it is close. The one you have linked first is Homicide VICTIMIZATION by age. The one he used is on your link, but one down, and is titled, as he has it titled, Homicide OFFENDING by age. So....that would show something about the perpetrators.
