Red Line busing this weekend

During the coming long (for most people) weekend, the MBTA will be working on the tracks, and running buses instead of trains south of Broadway Station on the Red Line. If your travel plans for the weekend included the southern end of Red Line, you may want to reconsider, or at least be aware. The buses hypothetically are a full replacement for the train service, but there are often unexpected problems with them...

Would you rather they let the tracks fall apart? The weekend is the best time to work on it (fewer people inconvenienced), and here they've got a chance to work on three weekend days in a row. Makes sense to me.

Am I not allowed to be cranky when my weekend is disturbed? No, it's not a big deal, and really I was fine with making a grumbling noise and letting it go. But I must have missed that memo.
