Alas, poor brain
Jun. 27th, 2007 12:17 pmMy (normally) trusty exo-cortex, a Treo 700P, has bitten the dust. Had about 50 minutes of conversation (and on hold time) with 4 different tech support people, the end result of which is that a replacement is winging its way to me by second-day air. My perfectionist nature is irked that the problem wasn't 'solved', but given Moore's Law, and how long they spent talking to me, choosing to just replace it makes some economic sense. But if I *could* fix it, then I would have a spare, which would be no bad thing. Anyone feel like doing some amateur tech support?
